In these uncertain times, more than 800 million people go to bed hungry without knowing when they’ll have access to their next meals, the Robin Hood Army (RHA) - a volunteer-based NGO has become a beam of hope for such people. The RHA strives to combat food scarcity by getting food from local eateries, community and distributing it to people in need. On 16th October, World Food Day, Minimac Systems joined the RHA to combat hunger by distributing food packets to the underprivileged, ensuring their access to nutritious meals in the area of Viman Nagar, Pune. This initiative was a collaboration carried out under the ‘WeCare’ wing of Minimac Systems.

Selfless deeds are the need of the hour and Minimac Systems contributes its share through its Corporate Social Responsibility Initiatives. Mr. Anshuman Agrawal, Founder and Managing Director, Minimac Systems, shared his idea of humane contribution to society, “Food is a basic need of humans. We must encourage groups like the Robin Hood Army that are HEROES without capes. With their assistance, Minimac Systems found a way to reach people for this amazing drive. We anticipate more such collaborations in the future. With the belief that small contributions make a large difference, Minimac Systems actively engages in activities that eliminate scarcity of basic human needs”.
